Founder and Artistic Director of PBA

Ivan Pryntsev is an international performer and professional ballet dancer whose students have earned top 1st places at YAGP, reflecting his strong command of the Vaganova method.

Pre‑Pro Ballet Teacher

Elena Chimitova, a graduate of the Eastern Siberian Academy of Culture and Arts and an Honored Artist of the Republic of Buryatia, brings deep Vaganova expertise and a history of preparing students for international competitions, scholarships, and advanced programs.

Contemporary Fusion Teacher Randy Phalouka, a UC Irvine graduate with a BFA in Choreography, brings broad experience across styles—ballet, jazz, pom, hip hop, lyrical, and contemporary—drawing on competition, convention, and concert work to create thoughtful choreography and performance opportunities for PBA dancers.
